of course, this does not mean the the el cheapo freebie cables
that come with your gear cannot be improved on.
I like the Belden range of cables, cheap(because they manufacture
in humongous quantities, hence achieving economies of scale that
the cottage industry jokers are unable to) and made to industrial
standards for applications from audio to power etc
